How to check Jio call history (3 easy methods)

 

Tracking call details directly through the telecom operator can come in handy if you’ve mistakenly cleared the call logs or your mobile phone has been misplaced. Jio offers several easy solutions to check the call history. In this article, we’ll go over several easy methods to check Jio call history which involves using the MyJio app, Jio’s website, Jio’s WhatsApp support.

You can use any of the following 3 methods: 

1. MY JIO App (or)

Check Jio call history using MyJio app

Step 1: Go ahead and open the MyJio app on your Android phone or iPhone. If you haven’t installed the app, it can be downloaded from the Play Store and App Store.

Step 2: Open the app and log in with your Jio mobile number for which you wish to check your call history.

Step 3: If already signed in, proceed to select the ‘Mobile‘ option from the main page.

Step 4: On the next screen scroll down and tap ‘My statement‘.

Step 5: Select the period for which you wish to view call history. For this guide, we’ve selected ’30 days’. You can also select the method of viewing the call history which includes e-mail, downloading file, or viewing it directly in the app.

To instantly view call history, select the ‘View statement‘ option and hit the button below.

Step 6: Now scroll the top bar towards the right and choose ‘Usage Charges‘.

Step 7: Select ‘Voice‘ and then press ‘Click Here‘ to display the call history.

Step 8: A full call history list will appear for the period which you selected earlier.

The list will display the exact date and time of specific calls along with the mobile number the call has been made to or received.

Check Jio call history using Jio website

Before proceeding with this method, make sure your Jio number is active as it will be required to receive an OTP.

Step 1: Click this Jio website’s login page on a laptop or PC or Mobile.

Step 2: Now enter your Jio mobile number in the given field and hit ‘Generate OTP‘.

Step 3: Type the OTP received on your mobile number and press ‘Submit‘.

Step 4: Once you’re in your Jio account, scroll down and select ‘Statement‘.

Step 5: Select the period of the call history you’re willing to check. 

You can choose from 7, 15, 30 days and even select custom dates. We’ll be selecting ‘30 days‘ for this guide. Now choose the ‘View statement‘ option and press the button below.

Step 6: From the top bar, select ‘Usage Charges‘ and then press ‘Click Here‘.

Step 7: A full call history list will appear for the period which you selected earlier. Select the drop-down arrow on each log to see the mobile number.

This list will display the exact date and time of specific calls along with the mobile number the call has been made to or received.

Check Jio call history using JioCare Support on WhatsApp

Step 1: Send a message to +91 7000770007 on WhatsApp. 

Step 2: The JioCare WhatsApp support chat will open. Type “My account statement”.

Step 3: Now click on the link and it will take you to the MyJio app for viewing your call history.

Step 4: Select the ‘Calls‘ tab from the top and it will display your Jio call history.

Step 5: You can view detailed call history by selecting the option present below the call history.
