How to check Airtel call history in few simple steps

 

To check your Airtel call history, you can: 

• Use the Airtel Thanks app or website

  Log in to the app or website and navigate to the "MY ACCOUNT" or "MANAGE ACCOUNT" section. You can download your call history in PDF format and select a custom date range. 
Send an SMS
Text "EPREBILL MONTH EMAIL ID" to 121, where: 
"MONTH" is the month you want to view 
"EMAIL ID" is your email address 
Use the Airtel Thanks app
: 
Go to the Help section and tap the Chat icon 
Type "Call history" in the chat box 
You will receive a message with instructions on how to send an SMS to 121 

You can typically access your Airtel call history for up to six months. There is no additional fee to download your call history, but standard charges may apply for sending an SMS.
